Cheap that's for sure but is fit for purpose?

It's a fixed-rate charger (800mA). No use for cells smaller than 800mAh, and slow for cells bigger than 800mAh.

???  Most modern day packs can cope with charge rates much higher than 1C.

Charging time is never an issue so I'll stick with it, cheap and does the job.

Just noticed my 6 year old 2200 3S pack is getting a bit "puffy" 😬

Guess it's time to commit it to the tip and invest in a new one😊
