New section
« on: September 30, 2010, 07:55:39 AM »
By popular demand I have created this new section for Indoor Flying; that's indoor models, venues, events and all related matters.  We will be scouring the forum for existing "indoor" topics over the coming days and moving them into this section but if you see any which you think should be moved in here, please do a report to mod and we'll deal with it.

Thanks
Nigel

Tin hat 'ON' mode

So where is it in the 'ignore boards list'?

One in four people in this country is mentally unbalanced.
Think of your 3 closest friends... Are you the one?

Which part of Kent? There is a very popular one run every other Saturday in swanley over the winter. Not sure if it has started this year yet. It does suffer from being too popular though  :D

Depending on where you are I would strongly recommend the monthly one at Potters Bar. Best run indoor meet I have come across with a much bigger selection of models than you normally get. Last time I was there a guy had a twin edf Eurofighter. There was also scale WWI models  :af and of course the normally shocky stuff.

Indoor flying used to happen at the Black Lion centre in Gillingham but I have not seen it advertised for a while. Also there was some indoor stuff at a sports centre in London rd, Strood.
Basic Research is what I do - when I don't know what I'm doing!.
