You have already made the best suggestion, camping in the paddock next door to the field.

No need to set up a special provissions tent then  ;)

10 k spacing all week end, If LMA dont like then they can always sit it out.

Regards Clive

Ps get a fly bye from the Focker and an SE5a  :af

Would it be possible for the required A cert to be relaxed. Maybe Spadulike could come then ;D
Sames rules as the other flyin, none A cert holders have an A cert helper/spotter.

On site camping & keep them working on the grass/surface quality. (was OK for big wheel, but some of the smaller models did struggle)

Other than that..............all OK.

Phil (an LMA member who has no issues with 10K spacing)

Will definately be 10k spacing, already have a contingency plan for shorter grass, but don't expect to need it next year.

Will be working on getting the paddock for camping.

As for A cert, I have to say my feeling is keep that bit, however for a bacon butty I can nip down the M1 and test SUL, or is he chicken? :ev

Andy,

I couldnt possibly comment on that issue (not without getting a kick in the nuts from SUL), but seeing as tho we are in the Midlands Area, wouldnt we need to get Area approval first?

Everything was awesome and things already mentioned will make it even better! We are definately there next year along with a few other club members hopefully!

Just keep it as relaxed and informal as this years and you are onto a winner.  :af

That all sounds good to me!  The least pleasant part of the weekend for us was the high cost of the campsite (nearly 3x what we'd paid/night the previous week for only slightly improved facilities).  However it wouldn't stop us from attending next year.  In fact Avice just came into the workshop as I was typing this and her reaction when I told her the event was 'on' for next year was 'Great!'.  So it looks like we'll be there, all being well.

Looking forward to seeing the SE5a  ;D

Geoff
