Great to see you stocking the zenoah's and at good prices.

What's the length of the standard engine mount and prop driver? 40mm?, I'm thinking of going for the longer 72mm mount for the bearcat and reduce the size of the ply engine box that fits to the firewall.

I'm not sure if i will be fitting a 62 or 45 depends on the final weight, might as well put the 62 in if i need the extra nose weight.

will you be sourcing a supply of the 90 degree rotated insulator blocks from the US??

Will you be offering the optional pre screened engines and metal plug caps as looking at the Toni Clark site this is an option to have them installed atthe factory

The standard prop driver is 40mm long, though I can specify an engine to be fitted with a short 30mm driver if required (no extra cost), and a longer 60mm driver is available as an option. The standard radial mount is 36mm. A longer 54 and 72mm mount are also available.

Any combination of the above is possible.

I'd go 62.....the Bearcat is a BIG chunky short nosed model, and POTENT......you'll need the weight, and too much power isn't really a problem.

I hadn't intended. Far better option is to fit a 90 degree carb bend and inlet trumpet......this not only improves engine performance, it also improves fuel efficiency, quietens the engine, and also allows a straight through throttle linkage in the same way the 'easy link' adaptor does.

Regarding these 'easy link' adaptors......I am now not recommending them, as I have now had 2 adaptors fail on me. The material currently used in their manufacture seems to be very 'granular' and brittle (not like the 'Tufnol' ones produced several years ago) Because of this brittle nature, I have had 2 block crack and start letting air into the system which as you can imagine plays havoc with the running of the engine.

Yes...if required.

However.......I suggest you take the following statement from the Toni Clark catalogue into account before choosing a screened HT lead.

With exception to the ZG 80B, all Titan engines are not supplied with screened HT cables, but are always supplied with a resistor plug. Interference from the magneto ignition is a lot less than with battery electronic units, therefore these resistor plugs are usually sufficient to dampen down any interference, especially for quick acting PCM radio. In this case it is an advantage not to screen the HT cable.

From over 10 years of Zenoah use....I have yet to fit an engine with a screened lead, and have never had any interference problems associated with a magneto ignition engine.
