Well script writers could'nt have written it better, four days of jet heaven, perfect weather perfect jets and perfect company. Set off Sunday lunch time and came home Thrusday evening.

Never seen so much traffic through their, coming home with 527 photos of everything from Grobs to the Holy Grail of low level jets and an Orange Typhoon covered in PT2

Thanks to markjayne for use of the trial Bushhawk, really works well once your use to it though in my opinion a few design flaws and a tad over priced, but a great bit of kit may get one sometime.

What a week to decide to go for four days, this thread covers Mon/Tue spent at Cad E and Cad W on Monday and Bwlch Exit on Tuesday, with the Monday lunchtime cross over in plus 80 degrees heat being one of the hardest things i've done for a while

First F3 in two years

one of them things that works with hawks for radar tracking isn't it? it appears as a formation for the hawks to track and chase down.

Dominique? i think it's called

great pics again lozza, love the beacon on the AJ especially

I know you believe you understand what you think i said, but i am not sure you realise that what you think you heard is not what i meant.

Love the starburst on the black and white Alpha Jet.

Very nice shots  :af

That other black and white "thing" reminds me of the space shuttle.

I quite like the new layout, but it's forced me to think of a new signature. :(

Ace picture Lozza- the starburst Alpha Jet is my favourite.

Think that the other black and white jobbie is a Dominie - the RAF's version of the HS125 biz-jet.

Nicht mal ein Spitfire kann zur gleichen Zeit im Süden und im Norden sein.

No11 is a Dominie, the military varient of the HS125. It is used to train navigator (WSO) and other aircrews, based from RAF Cranwell.

A camera mount. I only know from browsing Mark Jayne's site a couple of weeks ago.

Thanks for the comments, though need something new or different locations to try, was'nt going to go  again for a while  but just had a phone call about a one day special sometime in the next five weeks which will be worth a day trip  :af.

Fancy trying the lake district or the M6 pass but its a tad far for one day, so were see how things go.

i can see that mount might really help with shots, but it might scare the crap out of the guys flying  ;D

You thought the hot gas behind the plane was jet exhaust didn't you?  ;D
