Nice shot of the A10 too. They are all interesting, but that A10 shot is rather well positioned.

As for the Beaver I took a string of photos - which I'll be passing onto the guys. Looks to me as though it went into failsafe - engine on tick over & no elevator deflection at all :(

Some great photos Lady and Gentleman... Oh and you neil  ;)
Turned out pretty well in the end didnt it? That Vulcan was just awesome. I was so worried that my first time seeing this aviation legend would be an anti climax, but wow!! How wrong was I?
The Duo Magister display was pretty cool as well! A big thnakyou in fact to Peter Hollaway for bringing three of his full size collection to Cosford for us. Especially as I managed to get a memorable flight in the right seat of the Bucker Bestman.
Oh and there were some toy aeroplanes theer as well.  ;D  I managed to get 4 flights in.. Not really memeorable ones I am afraid. Morning flights were a little windy and shared slots meant that I was in a race track pattern  :-\  Not great for a display flight but hey what can you do  $%&
Sorry to the guys who were in the cub slot with me ( I just cant do left hand circuits for too long )  Thanks for being so patient!
Anyway just at the hotel about to head off and unload the models from the LMA Tent. I think an early getaway might be in order today!
For those going to day, feel free to shout a Hi across the fence if you see me, and I hope you enjoy what is a great event.
 Regards Al

This year the Dawn Patrol had a stunning 20 third WW1 scale craft on display of which 11 flew in the slot. T'was quite windy though

Good to see Alex there as I have a few airframes I have purchased of Boddo and he's supposed to be giving them to Alex to bring to me sometime this week.

I presume the plan might be 'coming together'

Super photos, great stuff for those of us unable to make it.

Niether Chris, Linds or any others seem to be going to Chester EF meet, the weather is rotten and I'm not doing that good - so I expect I'll be at home resting up today.

I still have batteries on charge - just in case, but the weather here is very, very wet!
