I seem to remember some pylon race chap

1st pylon he banked, he yanked, he collected a bin bag full of busted plane

turned out he had'nt bandaged the wings together!!

what a knob!!!

Hmmm...F3D wings aren't "bandaged" - they are moulded and have spars.

My losses were.

1.   MFA Yamamoto. Battery died - flew off and lost.  May 1990
2.   1/4 Crystian Eagle. Insufficient power, crashed full power flat. Wings/engine ok -  sold. remains for £60. Bought whole plane for £100, inc BGX-1 engine and PCM RX. 2002
3.   63inch Gangster. Radio interferance. Total loss, radio/engine. 1993
4.   Thunder Tiger stick. Someone switched on 63, as I was flying. crashed inverted.       Minor damage. repaired and sold.
5.   Extra Slim Twin. Mid-aired at Weston Park 2008. Engines/radio ok. Got a New kit.
6.   Seagull Corsair 46. (Cheap) Servos on aileron went to full deflection airframe lost.

Don't be a don't be, be a doobie!

I think the F3D pilots planes were made of "cardboard"
