Well my big DS questions for 2010 are:

Will the UK record break 300?
Will I break 250? Or will I just break stuff?
Will I break 200 with a D40?

Coooooor can't wait to get on with it!!

YO!

At long last, a flying session! :)
AND, in the form of a cracking DS session  :) :) :) :)

Damn good NNW meant nearly getting blown off the top of Mam Tor on the trek over to the MS-CG ridge, but very worthwhile.
Reckon the top dogs could have bust the UK record today, the drive was so strong.

The Halfpipe couldn't really take it, its TEs fluttering after any couple of properly pulled circuits, so just had to open out into silly-sized laps to slow things down before indulging again. No idea how quick, except I was stopped eventually (at the end of the day, thankfully), by a low-frequency explosion, when the (undamaged) covering ripped off the port wing! Landed out OK. Phew.

SO NICE TO BE BACK IN THE GROOVE :af

Hi Mark:

Haven't checked forecast since last night, but isn't Skirrid on for Sunday?
Not record busting, merely cobweb removing.
And won't there be maidens aplenty?
Could be a queue......

Think it's more lawley than skirrid. Might go up there with the 80. Take a walk rite to the top, trees are becoming a major issue at the lower part. Any one joining me? Skirrid and Sun don't mix this time of year!

Yum Yum, These Korean meat balls really are the dogs bollox.

Hey, Kiwi Steve aka Hot Air: Sorry to learn you're suffering from heat stroke. We're pretty chilled-out over here.

Anyhow, Zim took time out today to make a delivery rendezvous with our MCTs  :)
Great service from Sloperacer :af
And, I think, rather more to come. Very positive & most welcome. :uk:

Your MCT looks pale, & in need of a bit of sun ;D

Mine's rather warmer hued........:) Though my eyesight isn't what it was, so might have to add some dayglow once it gets over 300 ;D ;D

XC showing gusts in excess of 40 mph, so guess it's rather stronger atop Skirrid.
Jungle telegraph indicates some interesting news due from the WAGZ crew. :af

If not there, DSing by proxy is as good as it gets!
Eagerly anticipating the news......
