I've got a Flair 1/4 DR1. Does that count towards the Dawn Patrol. Quite well detailed with a Laser 150 V twin in it. Need to fly it more, but flew the small Baronette last weekend and really enjoyed flying it. I presume the bigger one will fly even better.
Wouldn't mind getting a big Pup, which Chris flew at Ashbourne. I fly my Puppateer in the same manner. Great fun!

Don't be a don't be, be a doobie!

Lol, I'm a bit pre occupied at the mo with a WW2 jobby, it's an interim project while I save up for the Pfalz D.X11 stuff, I like to have as many parts as I can before I start, especially as this will be a prototype build. I hope to really kick off some time shortly after xmas  :xx

What a small world, indeed she is, I believe they all work for that chap Rudolph Hucker at the private clinic 'Snipcock, blankfire & vasectomy' who also employ (head secretary I think) Annie Trembler.

Cant see any DP section, can ya post them where all can see?

I done nothing at all of late other than get cheesed off with modeling.  Thought I would cheer myself up by buying a 2nd hand Zenoah Easy Start to enable me to start my G62 (shoulder and back stops me using the slap method).  Fitted the pick up etc to the engine and started it a couple of times sweet but now all I can get is a loud band with flames from the exhaust and no start so I'm ***!+d off and lost any interest in doing anything else.

SE5a build has come to a total halt but that's only 1/4 scale (Dwarf Patrol) so not a real DP aircraft, the g62 would have been for a 1/3rd scale Bristol Scout but all is by the way side now.

I will start a thread in the open forum with a list of designs etc. I kept it in the DP section because right now they are all prototypes, that being said after building on my sopwith tripe and bristol fighter everythings fitting perfectly etc. the only one thats really behind as for details and thats the Pfalz DXII because Ken and Matt said send them as is and they would flesh them out and get me the rest of the info. which is good as it allowed me to work on the rest of the stuff

Well get on with it man ::)  (and lets be seeing a photograph of ol' Betty as this seems to be turning into a Dwarf Patrol thread)

Shock horror - I felt compelled to actually buy a model flying magazine the other day for the first time in months.   There was this free plan for the Rafalroo.  Didn't realize it was your design Shaun.   I might have to build one now .....

Here she is, very rough and over 20 years old but fun to fly.

SE5a, I have no drive to do anything right now but hope to have some back after Christmas.

Roll on the next batch of Fly-Ins, we've had some blinders this year - I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms.   Good fun, good company and good weather (oh for some of that!)

Here is the last one I went to (camera work is rough as I was just flying and having fun rather than thinking about the shot and smoothness):

Yeah right!   I was just acting as bait and made sure that you couldn't fix your sights on me and Sir, if it hadn't been for the fact that the DR1 on your tail was out of ammo,  you would be dead meat :study:
