i made a grill for the front of the radiator from a thin styrene backing board painted aluminium, then cyno'd a small piece of automotive fine repair mesh to it and done the detail with 0.25 piano wire.

I've just been tidying up the last few bits & bobs to get the Hurri ready for a maiden. A quick question.............There is no servo wires running down the fus, but i have fitted a closed loop to the rudder with the plastic coated steel trace wire running the full length of the fus. Is it likely to make much difference routing the Aeriel inside the fus (near the wires) or out side the fus along the bottom, only separated from the trace wire by the balsa fus, What do you reckon?

thanks,
Walts

Nope.....you should be fine with it internal. My old P-47 has closed loop on the rudder.....still flying after 300+ flights over 8 seasons.
