HI Guys

For those of you who wish to experience Lundy 2011 then we have just ONE window of opportunity in 2011!! The barn is available for one week only! commencing 30TH JULY 2011 and accomodates 14. I have provisionally booked the property so that we can use this as a base. There are other properties available so couples can be accomodated. There is of course camping too, but this will need booking early as the camp site also gets booked up!

The event will be for one week (Landmark Trust will not book short breaks in July/August) .

Over the last two years it has been suggested that more get-togethers are organised during the week, so with that in mind

We plan to hold several evening functions and day events to include:)

1. Mexican Chilli Night (to include meat and cheese !) in the barn. We are able to supply sombrero and moustache for £5.00 or bring your own.
    ( Lynda, Joe and Phil)
2.Rubber powered Indoor Free flight competition. Prizes to be won. Barn evening event. ( Small charge for free flight kit £1.00) ( Lynda and Joe)
3. Hot Dogging aerobactic competition (as suggested by Zim and perhaps run by Zim?)
4. F3F Comps during week
5. BBQ ( volunteers required )

I intend to ring up and book other properites tommorrow for anyone who is interested in coming. Once provsionally booked then you will be responsible for sending in deposits etc. I am happy to book the Barn under my name but will need everyone there to send me there deposits when requested please. Best way to book the barn places I think is first come first serve basis. So email me now to say you want a place!!

So if you would like me to reserve a property for you then ring me up to see whats available for that week or further info 07791 981569

Look forward to receiving your emails and calls:)

Lynda
