Hi Phil

Could you please add me to the list for your event.  I assume you will have a Lighting and Jag there, so I will bring the old girl to make a threesome!  Attached one of Lozza's pics hopefully.

You are more than welcome to attend,
It will cost you £2 plus a donation towards the Mustang, if I can't get any sponsorship for it.

NSS

I have just reread your post, I noticed that you have some scale stuff there,
why don't you bring them along and have a fly mate.

Dear All

You beauty....

I have just spoken with Maurice Hammond, the owner of Hardwick Warbirds.

He has agreed to bring one of his magnificent P51D Mustang's to Tibenham on the afternoon of
the 11Th of June. Obviously pending weather, serviceability etc.

I am going to see if I can get some sponsorship for the Mustang,
from some of the larger companies on this forum.

Below are some pictures of Maurice's other P51D Mustang 'Janie'

I don't normally like seeing pictures of myself (Old/Grey/Fat bloke)
If you could humour me on this one, it is a picture of me greeting Maurice on his arrival
at Tibenham last year.

To say I am elated is an understatement.  Smiley

Regards Phil G.

Hi Phil, sorry Phil couldn't resist, I think Maurice would reply "wouldn't you like to know!"

Some video
Of P51D Mustang 'Marinell' from last year at Tibenham.

In a lot of warbird restorations, the restored aircraft does not wear it's original markings.

This Mustang really is 'Marinell'

The Lysander is absolutely superb. I've drooled over it at Osbournby and Barkston.
