I've not seen another one on any of my slopes, so dont know quite what its like in different conditions Will you be packing it for Ireland

Definitely will, big day or ds or rough landing area, and it packs so easily.

The K100 that I flew weighed about 285oz (8kg). I think it would certainly have gone faster if I had flown it heavier but then there is always the landing to think of. More weight will definitely put the Kinetic closer to it's best L/D without having to fly too tight a circuit. I usually will add weight depending on the wind so that landing is not too difficult. I believe the optimal DSing weight for the K100 is about 100oz heavier!!
