Congratulations to Mr Paul Bardoe on setting a new British record yesterday of 57.2 seconds in F5D. It was his first time out in the class for over a year and first time out with a brand new model and set up.

Nice one mate

Nice one Paul, top flying! See what happens when you take aeromodelling out of his full time life and make it a hobby again. ;)

Well done Paul. That must be faster than you ever went in that oily, smelly, noisy class that you used to fly.

I don't think Paul will ever hold leccy power closer to his heart than the screaming awesome noise of F3D

It will be interesting to see what times he gets down to this year, I don't think 55's are out of reach

I was on no 3 pylon and I swear there was no more than 6-12" between plane and pole - every lap, must have been the same on the other poles - awsome bit of flying - he says he`s gonna get the quick set-up out next meeting..............

doubt your on here but, well done mate - special........

I'm not old enough to remember crossroads, but i did think that it's pretty amazing that someone that looks 'a bit slow' in that photo, is actually the fastest guy in the UK  ;D
