I will be there from 10 ish

Guess I will have to play it by the forecast!   I doubt I will be 'free' from family duties till mid to late pm.

Will check in later and see what the weather is up too!

Unfortunately Rob ,
We Have Been , its swinging SW so if you want a fly later or this evening Ringstead Bay is about 8 miles from Weymouth , Nice SW slope with a carpark where you fly ,
You will get a Fly off the Island though , i wont be there until Evenings , but i will post in here when i do .

Sadly family commitments at the camp site have stopped me making it today!  However....   I am please to have found a little west facing slope on site!

It is not large,  but have just taken a wildthing out and it was happy to play on the ridge!  Result :)

Hi Bob, well just flew the cliffs with the Mako, the wind has some South in it, so flew to the right of where we flew last year. It was smooth, an nice to fly with the gulls. Landing was an issue, Vicious rotor had to make two attempts at landing. ended up landing in front of a paddock with a couple of horses in it. Off to the Bill for a cuppa, give me a bell if ur going to be there later this aft.

Good to see you're back in action Brian. Hopefully the weather will stay fine for your extended break.
Tinkers is rather quiet at the moment as everyone seems to be away on holiday.

You are all just rubbing it in now. I arrived home in the rain after a 7 hour drive home and it has rained ever since. I hope you all land in the sea!
;-)

Everyone is entitled to my opinion.
