The Jet Modellers Association AGM will be held on Saturday March 24 at the Lord hill Hotel in Shrewsbury  http://thelordhill.co.uk/index.php?id=1 The JMA has negotiated a discounted room rate for those wishing to attend and you must ask for this when booking, they are £60 per night B&B for a single, for all those that feel lucky or are stuck with the Wife to ensure you dont spend too much at the trade on Saturday it is £70 per night B&B. I viewed the hotel prior to the JMA booking the venue and it is a very nice hotel! big bar area 

JMA membership will be expire at the AGM and you are able to renew/join on the day.

Thanks to the Frank Fletcher and the RAFMAA/RAF Shawbury club, the usual post AGM jet meeting will take place on the Sunday and all attendee's MUST book in with Roger Kilbey prior to the event as NO BOOKING = NO ENTRY. Please contact Roger via the JMA website contacts page http://www.jmajets.co.uk/contact.php  or PM me for his email address. He will require your full name, make,model, registration and colour of your car.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION SUCH AS A DRIVING LICENCE OR PASSPORT MUST BE PRODUCED ON ENTRY TO SHAWBURY, YOU WILL BE DENIED ENTRY IF YOU ARE NOT IN POSSESSION OF SUCH DOCUMENTS.

So people are aware of the planned format for the day, we have set out a rough timing for proceedings. It has changed a little this year with it starting later and so giving those who are planning to come up on the saturday morning a chance to get there, have a natter and spend money on all those jet related items you cannot possibly do without!

. Mini trade show 10-13:30

· Coffee tea served 11:30

· Lunch served 12:00

· AGM starts 13:30-14:00

· Coffee/tea served approx. 14:30-15:00

· Lightning Preservation Group talk starts approx.(after AGM) - 15:30-16:00

The room where the trade will be situated is quite a large room and if anyone has any jet projects they wish to bring along for show and tell, tables can be made available for them to be displayed on.
