:) if you have hands that are big and find swan morton handels a bit slim fatten them up by wrapping some strip cycle inner tube and supa glue the end of the strip... make em fat ...much cheaper than buying the ready made thick handle version :D :uk:

Were you aware Swann Morton do a slightly larger/fatter handle (No. 6a) as part of their range?

I'm not sure it fits all the blades, but it's ok with those I prefer (No.23)

Here's a pic of the thinner handle along with the thicker one. Both fitted with my preferred blade, the No.23.......

I have one of these:

It's brilliant, especially if you want it in your pocket or bag for slope soaring.

That's what I have in my bag too, with a couple of these for at home.

The idea was to help with those handles you already own... make em a bit better to hold  ::)

Me too, plus the nice moulded blue handle and about four of the traditional handle, all fitted with my 10A blade of choice.

I do need to remember to take the retractable Swann Morton out of my work case if going on an aeroplane, or it would end up in the bin at the airport.  :banghead:

It was a noble, well-meaning effort, but as you can see, doomed to failure...
