Help required for the following;         Not long now folks :P
Need GDMAS club member for the gate.
Need help on flightline occasionally
Need help on TX control (35mhz) unless you all use the peg off system like at Osbournby $%&
The idea is to have pilots briefing at 09.45. Main gate on the B6403 open from 08.30hrs, please try to arrive between 08.30---09.30 as the gate afterwards will then be closed. Any stranglers will have to ring my mobile. Please remember you have to SIGN IN and OUT when you leave.  Cheers Richard. :af

Hi folk's,
I am 99% that the event will run on the 27th looking at the weather. Looks good so far :xx. Please keep your eye on here though. I now have a gateman, so please try to be on time,   08.30 till 09.30 as this will help enormously during the signing in process.
Merry Xmas to you all.

Mayhem is as many fast models that can be got up at the same time usually fast deltas gremlins tigersharks funfighters etc. Someone calls the moves and you all go for it :ev :ev :ev. The attrition rate has been known to be pretty high with the odd mid air or folks flying into overhead wires :'' :''

The entrance is on the  B6406.  If you go to google maps and search "Barkston Heath" It will put a Pushpin at the main entrance on the satellite view for you.

There are no cones as the NATS, just a gate and a pair of barriers.

Right, off to my Sisters now to eat and drink too much  ^-^

Hi folks,
YES ITS ON TOMORROW, CORRECT ROAD IS B6403, NEAREST POSTCODE IS  NG32 3QD (which is across the road from entrance) Gate entrance is not BMFA gate, its the one with security kiosk.
Looking forward to seeing you all. Weather looking good but breezy.

Put 'Barkston Heath' into google maps and it's the entrance with the red 'A' tag next to it, the middle entrance I believe. You can see a security gate there.

I said that  ;)   Though my memory for the road number was sadly lacking   :banghead:

Scott you will see the entrance fairly easily  I am sure.  Arriving in the prescribed time window you will see a few cars queueing at the barrier to sign in  :af
