   She actually took the photo and helped get it on & off the stand.
No rain will help setting up the turbine and then yes, wind down the strip and we're away.

Well done Gary, finished at last, see, now your gonna be bored for the next couple of winter months and wish you had something to build

Thanks Vince, I've still got a lot to do on the Elan fuse repair and re-install yet.
I've been around so long now I no longer suffer from credit card bum! Early days of jets yes but that's in the past now.
It helps to fly with guys like Al about, sometimes I pick his brains and he is always happy to cast his experienced eye over my models even if I didn't buy them from him, gives me confidence.

Yes I agree Gary, what Al don't know ain't worth knowing because of work etc. and the need to earn money to pay for my kero habit, I just don;t get enough stick time, but I really enjoy it when I do get out

Managed to get out today for ground tests, I think I've got a duff ecu lipo on my hands though, managed to get a couple of fully dressed shots before I froze.
