Its far cheaper then foam wings.
They convert the drawings to dxf format and then charge time to do that and the cost of the wood.
The cutting is free.

Im very tempted to cut my own foam wings as well.
I havent done it for a while, but I still have the gear.

Autocad time isn't cheap, especially if the ribs aren't already on the plan and they need to make some up. Worth an inquiry though.

Thy charge £17 an hour for laser time, but a set of ribs prolly take around a min to cut.
I think foam wing and cut my own fuse is the way to go.

maybe Will D can make you up some foam wings. He has all tje Cnc stuff and has offered previously.
