After the resounding success of last years show Winterton MFC are pleased to announce that the dates have now been set for our 2012 show on the 7th/8th July 2012.
We are a BMFA affiliated site and pilots will be required to have B certificate, LMA proficiency or equivalent.
For pilots wishing to fly at the show pleases visit our web site

contact details for applications are on the site and a pilot form will soon be following.
Our pilot and helper hospitality will be up to the same high standards and we also have a BBQ planned for Saturday night after the show.
Camping will be available on site free to all those pilots who fly in the display and at a rate of £10 a night for any none flyers.
Entrance fees to the show for spectators will be £4.00 for adults, £2.00 for children or £10.00 for a family of four.

A couple of miles south of the Humber Bridge, north of Brigg, East of Scunthorpe. Good access from anywhere, really.

Great to see a lot of pilots back after they really enjoyed last year.
Camping space still available as well from Thursday through to Sunday night inc. , FOC for those who are flying or £10 a night including show entry for spectators.

Tis done thank you. I've put my tainer down just in case you want to offer a have a go session to spectators? They do this at Hop Farm during lunch break and it's always busy, they raise money for charity charging £1 for 5 mins or similar.

From 1st April the price of crossing the Humber Bridge is dropping by 50% from £3 to £1.50. This will mean if your coming from the North of us it will be even cheaper to come to the show or one of our fly ins.  :uk:

how I got that twice I have no idea but there we go.
Flyer to advertise our show coming up in July, I'm hoping a few have seen it already down at their club if not please could you print and put up in you club house, or on a notice board.
We have a great line up already but can still squeeze a few more slots in if anybody is interested.

This years show is really coming together now. Pilots slots are almost full but if you are still interested in flying for us please fill out at a pilot application on our web sitewww.wintertonmodelshow.co.ukas we will be running a reserve list for the weekend.
The pilot hospitality team will be placing the shipping order soon for the bacon,sausages, cakes etc we will once again be supplying to all pilots over the weekend. We will also be having a BBQ Saturday night after the flying display has finished for all those involved.
Traders on site will include Grimsby Model Centre, Falcon Aviation, Flying Widgets, Donny Models and RC Tronics.
We will also have two full size kit build aircraft on static display.
BBMF Spitfire fly by Saturday and fingers crossed should soon be hearing from the RAF about the Red Arrows.
Looking forward to a fantastic weekend, hope to see you there.
