Jimbo
Please explain what you mean about an M60 being too complicated to set up.
Ronnie  $%&

Perhaps "complicated" is being confused with "get the CG right and then match the elevator throws to it"  :study: gotta love a fast plank.

Splinter DSing on the Skirrid

Sorry - can't resist posting that - it's been at least six months since I last posted it, so time again I thought!!

We've had this conversation before.  Anyway, it wasn't my cuppa that's all. I'm sure in the right hands it's the best plane out there.

LOL not my best launch. That was the original... The one flying in the other video was my one, with the "f**k me" DS lap at the end from Adam's - the one in the vid you posted Jimbo.

One thing I would say about the Steve drake stuff, servicing is not really something he has considered, specifically on the gv60 with elevator servo in fuz.
I found this out because I noticed an issue with my elevator. To get access this required cutting an access hatch in the fuz, since the two halves are glued together! Anyway lucky it was just a wobbly servo. But I've now got to recover the front!

Flew her early on in 20 mph.
Then flew her in the afternoon in
4mph.
What a awesome design the drake machines are.
