I don't like the idea of having to change collets for different side spindles I would prefer a chuck.

When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man the toys just got bigger

Dremmel's (at least mine) have a collet which is interchangeable. I thought they were all like that.

I removed the collet from my Dremel and use a chuck. Far simpler.

Where did you find a chuck that fits a Dremel, Bob?  Is yours a Dremel accessory?

Must admit I much prefer the collet, smaller head more precise.

A chuck makes a dremel into a drill

But it is just personal prefernce

Yes- bought it in B&Q. It was hanging on the rack with the cutters and drill bits.

Rimmer: Step up to Red Alert!
Kryten: Sir, are you absolutely sure? It does mean changing the bulb.

I got one a while ago, have to say its a bit gutless torque wise.
The can of thinners coming out on Thursday is great for those who only need a bit of cellulose  thinners once in a blue moon.

Aaay!
