:af  In that case maybe it's on the same boat as my electric retracts :'(
I did order some LiPos from UK and they were also 3 days, I just wish they'd stock some fancier bits like the e-retracts, LiFes and props.
Swiss Post doesn't use boats, they use Donkeys :D   Got to be the slowest couriers out there.

I was pretty sure I ordered from the UK warehouse and I have just been on the UK site and props are shown However
I checked my order status (which shows as shipped) then clicked on the tracking number it takes me to Swiss Post although my tracking number is not recognised.

I will be a bit peed off if it is coming from HK as I only purchased in the expectation of a (fairly) quick delivery. >:(

It's the LiFe cells that are not stocked in the UK.
I was wrong about the German warehouse not doing props, but if your tracking goes to the Swiss Post site it looks ,very much like, your goods are coming from HK.

Brian Can I suggest you carefully go into the site click on the uk warehouse tab and pick a small item and place it in your cart, and exit. Now when you come to make an order if you pick an item from china by mistake a warning will pop up

So far I have placed half a dozen or so orders from HK, the models from the UK depot has arrived very quickly and the retracts with life battery took three weeks,it was held up at HMC for a little while, but as soon as I paid the import and clearance it arrived very quickly,  I have no qualms and the prices are suiting my wallet very well.. :af

mmmm a few days ago I ordered a UBEC, shown with stock in the UK and as far as I know I was ordering from the UK warehouse - I even selected Royal Mail 48 hour as the shipping option. Yesterday I thought it odd I hadnt received any emails about dispatch so checked my orders and the status was stuck on "received". I contacted customer support who told me I'd ordered from the international whorehouse. If indeed I did, I've no idea how and why it let me select a UK shipping option?

Anyway, the upshot is that I'm going to have to wait and frankly, I'm not amused.

Hobby King - please can you make it far more obvious which warehouse we're ordering from throughout the checkout process?

I find it quite confusing ordering on the UK page, as I have tried ordering on it and found the order has gone to the International Warehouse, so what I do now  is stay on the Global one and look for the little Union Jack. I then click on it and make sure it is showing in-front of the price, then click the buy now button.

The only trick I know is to place something that's definitely in the UK
warehouse in your cart and park it there. Now if you try to add anything from
any other warehouse it won't let you.
The set my location function dosnt work on my iTouch but does on the lap
top.
PS my two planes are now with the Parcelforce "local delivery agents" whoever
they are.

Apologies for the confusion with regard the UK warehouse tab which until this week, we had not realised that not everybody is basically seeing the same options. The IT Department are working on rectifying this issue.

"Royal mail 48 hour"??????  I don't believe such an option exists.  So did you select "Royal mail" or "Parcelforce 48 hour"?

Thanks Tom I thought it would be An Post  also but it turned out to be GLS the tracking worked
on their site, Parcel arrived yesterday lunchtime and a neighbour took it in for me. Jeez the
box was bigger than her! both planes were undamaged :-)
Can't decide if I am happy with the length of time the delivery. The turn
around in HKUK was very quick, left on Tuesday and arrived on Friday.
But shipping was $19.99 for both and from the HK warehouse it would have
been $48 each so, happy days. :-)

I have recently received two parcels from HK UK and service was excellent.  I do wish they would find a different carrier other than ParcelForce.  One parcel at 8am was in the central hub and within 3 hours it had traveled to Perth, loaded on van and then delivered 1hr away.  If you complain they are unable to comprehend simple questions so I escalate to their CEO.  If you read this Scott give it some consideration.

Ordered a Canary glider on Sunday evening.  Delivered today early afternoon, which to me is excellent service.  How Parcelforce got it right I have no idea.  Delivery driver past my door in the morning and then had to come back in afternoon.  His list must be followed in order which he must have found so frustrating.

At £34 through my door this looks like a great wee fun glider.  Will get another and electrocute it
