Dear All
Just over three weeks to go until this event.
I saw on the news that we are now down to
five surviving Battle of Britain pilots.

Hopefully they will all make it through
to next years 80th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.

My DB Hurricane has been ready to fly for at least
three years apart from needing the ballast fitting.

Is there anyone who can help me with this please.
I need some stand offs to mount the the lead just
behind the spinner back plate.

I could hang it on the firewall but due to the
reduced moment, I would need significantly more lead.

Regards Phil G.

Dear All
Two weeks tomorrow until this event, Yippee.
I hope we get some good weather and a good turnout.

I have had health problems during the last five weeks.
So as a precaution I have asked three trusted modellers
to run the event in case I am unable to. So this event will
go a head what ever happens

Hopefully that won't be needed.
The Bob event is my favourite event,
so I really want to be there.

All round nice chap Dave R. has offered to make some stand
offs for my Hurricane, I will try and have that ready.

Regards Phil G.
