My MVVS26 on 40:1 and a 17 by 10 prop give 6500 rpm flat out and 1400 rpm on tickover.

Wish you'd asked this morning. I stuffed the Ultimate it was fitted to today. I need to check the engine over and bench run it though, when I do I'll tach it.

FWIW your numbers are a bit lower than I would expect, but alot depends on the exhaust..?

Can't believe I didn't think of that. Perfect all rounder, ideal for the winter, aerobatic, 3D ish.

I have the Evolution 26 version of this engine, it hauls my H9 Katana round no problem, not put a taco on it but run it on a 16X8 I think a 17X10 maybe over the top for the 26cc. unless it is to get it below 82 db.

No, 18x8 is spot on for the tuned pipe, for running in.

If you have an older version of the engine, or are running the stock exhaust, then a 16x 8 is right.

Mine has a modded XYZ 26 exhaust on it.
