The 2 mm tubing is fine and reliable provided you put the connectors on correctly.

Hi Artchrstic,

I am 1/2 way though an L39 build (and in truth have been for about a year) and considering adding an extra tank to sit above the 2 supplied.  Do you have a picture of yours?  Mine is probably going to a have a Jetcat 160sx.  My next task is to make is to try and make some transparent lamp covers for the tip tanks.

Hi;

I have been using the small air lines for the past 58 flights with no issues.
You should have no issues what so ever. In fact Skymaster is starting to use them.
They are very good and will hold so far for me, 120psi every flight and I have 3 tanks
in my plane. One for gears, one for doors, and one for brakes. I keep my system seperate.
You will see for yourself. :af

Hi Gary;

My tank is very reliable and strong.
I have a Rhino 36lb er in my plane.
The one in my plane has 58 flight on it since flight one
and I love doing the barrel roll and loop.
If you look in my prevous posting, you can see it in the cockpit area.
I am making the mold for all the glass wing tip lights, I can send you them
to show off for me.

Hi Artchristic,

That looks a very good solution - I  like the way you have taken it up and over the intake ducting!  I was thinking about a Small Sullivan tank but I may have to rethink.  Glad to hear that you are looking at molding lamps - I would be interested in a set if you are able to sell.  Lastly for now,  I am in the process of making paint masks from scans of decals provided in the kit - let me know if you need some.

Hi Gary;

If you need a tank, I can make one for you
but you have to put a good word out there for me
when you get it and try it out on this site and any other site
that you may come across. I will trade you this for some decals.
I will be repainting my plane over the hollidays. I plane to go to
Florida to participate in the 2015 TOP GUN as a beginner entry level
with the L-39. :'' :af
What do you say to my trade$%& :uk:

As much as you can get without binding, 30% expo unless using a gyro.
