Thread Preservation
« on: June 04, 2018, 17:05:55 PM »
With the sad news of the imenient departure of our beloved RCMF I wonder is their a way of preserving specific threads locally in all their glory?   Whilst I have used  the "Print" function to preserve the information content of threads in the past it's not a brilliant solution.

I'm particularly interested, you won't be surprised to hear, in preserving my Triplane thread so that  if I start work, sorry Phil, when I start work on it again  :D I'll at least I'll have a clue as to what I did and where I was going!

Thanks

Alan

You can select block of text (eg. each page of a thread) and copy and paste into a word document.  You lose a bit of formatting, and I'm not sure about pictures, but if all you want is the text, that should work.
Warning: objects in the mirror may be close than they appear (or I'm creeping up on you from behind)
