is that wise? it's glass, and shiny and smooth, but it lacks a noisy thing, i think you may face personal issues :-\

I flew fletching with my Swinger 60 today! Wow, 15MPH and after letting it go it went vertically up! So much lift!

Got some really nice grooves going on, a lovely figure of 8 loops with rolls (like half cuban repeated) is great fun on a swinger!

Landings a doddle there, just walk back to the top of the slope and the rotors non existent.

Sunday is looking a lot better for the hump or Newdown. Could even suit some maidens.

Fingers crossed.

much windier at sseven stones than newquay, we've seen that before, but hopefully the front will push on and keep the wind speed high enough for us to enjoy.

theres going to be a dead zone just off the lizard in the afternoon that comes down from devon/somerset, however the winds on the north coast should remain constant  :xx

Any chance of a text update when you get there?

If I get down there it wont be till later this afternoon. Looks like it will be more on the hump, but the air could be full of paragliders.

Latest forecasts look like the wind will still be there.

Twas yet another top day. It felt like I hardly did any flying with so much going on. Really good to see so many faces on the slope, young and, well, not so young.

Looking forwards to next weekend especially as the clocks go forward an hour!

Looks real good for a session at Coastguards after work with 20mph and blue skys.

Anyone else thinking of an after work session?

Was a blast.

Luna full of lead and slope to myself. Recon the Luna was doing sub 40 second F3F runs. Huge half pipes. Had fun doing 300ft dives and pulling sharply to vertical.

Good session.

good work si  :af

You fox/flik guys are gonna hate me... I've gone for ailerons on mine (dual servo set-up in the wing) and I'm going for an all moving tail... not for performance reasons of cause... its alot less messing around than cutting out elevator halves and faffing with torque rods. Going to put a spar in the wing too.

Should make a neat little bird for the wife and trying to do silly things like DSing buildings from a good throw.

I managed a quick fly at coastguards yesterday after an early finish from work and still having all the gear in the van from sunday (which was superb!)

Must have been doing 25mph on the face and the lift was endless, loving the miniblade now, and the skua was lapping it up with a fair turn of speed.

I havent bought it for combat  ;)

I've bought it for micro sloping, sloping/dsing things you wouldnt normally and for getting my wife and brothers on the sticks... my wifes actually alright on my sim she just needs a cheap bendy plane to try it for real. My bro wants to have a go but is scared of all my bigger planes... with this I can give him the tranny and give it a good throw to some height... easy safe learning.

oh and it'll be a very handy little travel plane.
