Anyone interested in a Leading Edge Gliders Fat Albert 48?

I'm thinking about getting a box of 3 over... works out at about 45 nickers per kit at the current exchange rate.

Another chap on the forum is after one so theres one going spare.

Heres a link to a chap whos built a flown one... hes a bl**dy good flyer and builder so knows what hes on about ;)

New L.E.G. 48" Fat Albert Flight report - RC Groups

Its an ideal little DS tool.

It seems I was a dumb arse and looked at the wrong post RE price of the FA48... its more like 60 nickers a kit... Duno if I'm so keen now.

Whats this about Beevo's? :) I had a go on smithys and liked it.

True, but then again, tonight I picked up a new toy! Let's just say that I think Pasty will like it according to his recent post on another thread (since lost in the crash). All i can say is that it looks like proper slope pron!

I had retired from posting in the glider section due to the inherant total lack of a sense of humour, however I will allow me this one post to wish you good luck on resurecting you slope thread.  You guys so remind me of when myself, correx, cardboard keith, the owd, go fly gaz, fly mike, swapmeet sime and stickerbod started sloping again about 5 years ago, ie great fun, take the urine, fly comedy models etc. etc. and not a reynolds number or an f3f course in sight.

I'll hopefully be down the west of cornwall for a couple of weeks in the summer so hopefully we can meet up and have a max out.

Keep making us laugh!

I'm flying... wonna get time on the MiniD, so looking at the WSW/SW winds for tomorrow it'll either be Loe Bar or Staggy with you monkeys.

I'd be up for Loe Bar if it's working. Tubbys, although epic, is my least favourite of the Staggie slopes.

Looking like Aggie for me tomorrow. A2's charging. Looks like the wind will buils through the day. Might be able  get those rolls on the square loop. Will probably try to see what the Lua will do too.

only got the blade and tranny charged at the mo, winds are much lighter than expected, and it's pretty misty, no rain tho looking at the bbc maps
bbc also says we have a dry spell tomorrow.

ryan, i think somewhere i have a set of 64 crystals, will have to hunt about a bit tho.
