Well folks, just noticed the new banner so thought it would be appropriate to start a thread to pass on our thanks to Wiz and the rest of the team for all their efforts to create and maintain a fine and interesting forum.

Thanks chaps; you've provided a lot of usefull information, inspiration and entertainment  :af :af

Good idea Alan - Thanks to all who have made this such an interesting place for the last 16 or so years (not that I was always here!)  :nananana:

Yes, huge thanks Wiz!
RCMF's been a valuable resource for me over the past 12-13 years and I've enjoyed the chat as well as the expertise. I look in almost daily and really should contribute more.

Apology accepted, Phil!  ;D

Just coming up to 10 years for me - my first post was in January 2006,  second post wasn't until May. Not sure what the 4-month gap was about!

So yes - thanks from me too, to the team for all their work running the forum over the years.  :af

Thanks all, I'm sure Gerry will also gratefully graciously accept the thanks.

Happy New year to all.  I'm building plastic stuff at the moment at 1:24 scale :)

Not something I do a lot of but I'm enjoying the challenge!

Incidentally, the 1:24 Typhoon goes with a rather nice framed print signed by four Typhoon pilots which Mrs Wiz bought me for my 60th a couple of weeks ago :)
